Here's what people are saying:

"Lose the Baggage, Lose the Weight is a book that will help you change your life. Using life experiences and sound research, Lorna has provided a tool that will help you feel and look good. This book covers it all. It's a road map to rightness." Susan Mason McKenna, B.S. in Family and Consumer Sciences, MSU-Bozeman"

" Lorna Stremcha captures the struggles we all face in this world through determination and through God. She invites the reader to challenge what they are going through and work through it by seeking ways to change their view of the world into a more positive outlook. Very valuable information for those who have survived peer abuse or any other form of abuse out there. Good Stuff! This gives readers hope that there are ways to combat this and avoid ugly traps we all face when dealing with abusers." Elizabeth Bennett, M.Ed, Certifed Olweus Bully Prevention Speaker and author of Peer Abuse Know More! Bullying From a Psychological Perspective, South Carolina

"The simple truth here, I think, is that everyone will benefit from reading Lorna's book.  Lessons learned in life are not usually from our successes but more often from our anguish. Lorna makes this point and many more in this book." Connie Barrick, Local Sales Manager KSVI/KHMT, Billings, MT
